I made it back with a few of the scientists to check on my dad. Mrs. Nelson and the kids are headed back around 2pm. It took us 45 min. Curious to see what it takes them. The legs and mental fatigue are setting in.
Not a whole lot going on this morning. A few went out with the bird team one last time. Everyone else relaxed and packed up for the big hike. We are off to Tela tomorrow morning. I believe we will keave around 7am, but I will update later.
We are beat, bruised, and tired, but looks like it is all down hill from here, literally.
